1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RankCheck.live service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RankCheck.live is an SEO rank verification tool that performs Google searches from specified geographic locations using cloud-hosted browsers routed through geographically-targeted proxy connections. The Service records screen video of the search, scrapes ranking data, and presents it in a dashboard with video proof.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Payment and Billing

• Credit Packs — one-time purchase. Credits do not expire. Each credit covers one keyword in one location. Scan results and video recordings are stored permanently for as long as your account is active.
• Monthly Subscriptions — recurring monthly plans (Starter, Pro, Agency) that include a set number of credits each month. Unused credits roll over up to your plan limit. Cancel any time from the billing portal; access continues through the end of the billing period.
• Video Access — video recordings are stored permanently and available for as long as your account is active.

All payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
• Exceed the keyword or location limits of your plan
• Resell access to the Service without an Agency plan
• Submit fraudulent payment information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by RankCheck.live. Scan results and videos generated for your account are yours — you may use, share, download, and publish them however you like.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that rankings shown are identical to what any specific user sees in their browser, as Google personalizes results based on many factors. RankCheck.live shows what a fresh browser with no history sees from the target geographic location.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankCheck.live shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
